Ibero American Voices is the first platform that New Delhi has seen for the exchange between the poetic voices of India and Ibero American countries. After making its debut in 2019, the festival is back with its second edition in 2020 to offer the audience a unique experience of the word as it traverses multiple linguistic, literary, and cultural realms.
